JZJD series dry vacuum unit
Structure and characteristics:
The JZJD series dry vacuum unit is composed of a conventional Roots vacuum pump, a dry screw vacuum pump, valves, frames, and electrical control boxes. The dry screw vacuum pump serves as the front stage vacuum pump, and when the starting pressure of the Roots vacuum pump is reached, it is controlled by a vacuum gauge head and pressure transmitter to start and stop the Roots vacuum pump. Due to the fact that the operating components of Roots vacuum pump and dry screw vacuum pump do not come into contact, the whole machine has the advantages of smooth operation, low noise, compact structure, and small footprint.
Performance characteristics:
1: The JZJD series dry vacuum unit has a wide pumping range (2804320m/h) and high vacuum degree (maximum pressure can reach 0.01Pa). Even under high vacuum, it can maintain a high pumping speed, meeting customers' requirements for high vacuum and high pumping speed.
