SDP variable pitch screw vacuum pump product parameters, also known as dry screw vacuum pump, is a high-speed rotation of variable pitch left and right screws that use gear transmission to synchronously rotate in the opposite direction without contact. The spiral groove is divided into multiple spaces and multi-stage compression chambers by the pump housing and the meshing spiral, and gas is transmitted and moved in different grooves (column deformation pitch). The two screws are finely balanced, supported by bearings, and installed in the pump casing. There is a certain gap between the screws, and between the screws and the pump body. The pump operates smoothly without friction, with low noise and no need for lubricating oil in the working chamber. It can completely replace oil sealed mechanical pumps and water sealed mechanical pumps as the main vacuum acquisition equipment of the new generation.

Due to the lack of oil lubrication in the vacuum chamber, dust will not remain in the pump chamber, but will be discharged outside the pump through the exhaust port along with the gas. And solve problems such as oil emulsification, frequent replacement of working fluids, frequent maintenance and upkeep, saving usage costs.
There are no internal valves in the pump chamber, ruling out the possibility of malfunctions caused by internal valves, therefore it has strong resistance to dust and tar.
No wastewater or waste oil discharge, no pollution to the environment.
The ultimate vacuum is relatively high and can replace most Roots water rings and Roots reciprocating vacuum units.
The pump chamber and screw surface can be treated with nickel plating and Hastelloy coating, which can remove a large amount of water vapor and various corrosive media.
